We appreciate your trust in choosing MBody Studio. These guidelines help us deliver the best possible experience for every client.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or canceled without enough notice, it makes it difficult to offer that time to another client who may be waiting. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide 6 hours notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. It helps us continue to provide the best care to all of our clients.
6 Hour Notice
Please provide at least 6 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This gives us time to open the slot for other clients.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services.
No-Show
No-show appointments will be charged the full session rate for all booked services.
Emergencies and sudden illness are understandable, and we will do our best to be flexible when possible. We are real people who care about our clients, so please do not hesitate to reach out if something unexpected comes up.
